The term accident is often used when no one is at fault, it suggests a tragedy and it implies that the event was unintentional or unavoidable and beyond our control,
The term crash implies that someone is at fault, it suggests a collision that occurred due to infrastructure deficits or a behavioral deficiency.
We call road traffic tragedies not road crashes, but road accidents, we also blame the public by saying that the public is not sensitive to the increasing number of road accidents.
We did not try to dig out the roots of this insensitivity, if we do we will find that we have named road crashes as road accidents, which is not right.
Road users are not sensitive to road traffic tragedies because they also have assumed it to be an accident and inevitable. But people call it crash when they lose their loved ones in road traffic tragedy and find loopholes and say it could have been avoided.
Thus, road traffic tragedy has become the most neglected epidemic and people have become insensitive for road traffic crashes.
If we use the wrong terminology to achieve a goal in a certain period of time, do we think we can achieve it? Never.
We have created a misconception and confusion regarding terminology and we need to correct it first.
When you change the realm of reality to the realm of fantasy, then it is assumed as subjective reality, then you want to change the realm of fantasy to objective reality, it remains subjective reality unless you use special mechanism to change.
Forming an opinion and then finding facts that support it, and ignoring the facts that contradict it, will not serve the purpose.

All road safety guardians and general public to should replace the use of the word accident with crash, which we use for road traffic tragedies, with immediate effect to advance road safety sustainability.
Road users have considered daily road traffic deaths are predestined.
100 years ago when there were no vehicles, no one one was dying in road crashes. and that time we were using roads with unrestricted freedom. But after a gift of a science which has given a tremendous growth to us but it has side effects also. Motorization is killing us on the roads.
Either you solve the problem or leave the problem, but don't live with the problem. If you can't leave the problem then you must solve the problem at all costs. We can not leave the vehicles then we must solve the problem at all costs.
We should use a sharp knife consciously to chop vegetables, if we use a sharp knife unconsciously then we can cut our fingers.
If someone dies by intentional suicide or accidental suicide, both are unnatural deaths and we cannot called these deaths as natural deaths. All natural deaths are predestined but unnatural deaths can not be predestined deaths. The way we make mistake and commit accidental suicide, same way we can prevent mistakes and prevent accidental suicide.
Road Safety Breach
Any action that violates road traffic rules and potentially leading to a dangerous situation is called a road safety breach. Road crash is the outcome of one or more breaches resulting in a damage to human body or metal body. Road safety breach is a cause and road crash is an effect. Global community is engaged in addressing the effect, whereas the effects has no end. If we do not address the root cause we have to keep increasing the size of the emergency services.
The strategy of reducing road accidents, reducing road crashes and vision zero or zero fatality are the effects of the cause. So the strategy should be to maintain sustainable road safety, maintain vision 100, maintain vision 100% sustainable road safety.
