We conduct vehicle emission test but not behavioral emission test. Behavioral errors are responsible for most road crashes. Considering most road crashes are caused by human error, it would be useful if a test that revealed intelligence level and enhanced road safety sustainability could be developed. Incorporating this test into other road safety initiatives, such as driver education programs and awareness campaigns, will help create a more comprehensive approach to road safety. It is intriguing to use this test as a way to "convince" drivers to upgrade to the next level of road safety sustainability. No road users have learned how to manage minds and complex cognitive situations.

To accomplish this, BET methods should be appropriate, data must be collected in sufficient quantities, and the data should be analyzed effectively. To conduct behavior test we should use multiple modules for better accuracy. The Behavioral Emission Test (BET) is conducted through multiple perspectives and comprises 12 x 12 Matrix allows for more granular assessment of behavior emission levels by combining a 12 modules scale for both likelihood (probability) and impact (consequences) and give ranking as A. Beginner, B. Average, C. Skilled, D. Specialists, E. Expert & F. Super-expert

All road users need to maintain cognitive abilities for road safety sustainability. All road users have cognitive impairments which is required for sustainable road safety. They all are having and weak mental immunity, they need to strengthen mental immune system through a special and effective mechanism.

All road users must take the behavioral emission test & know their cognitive abilities and intelligence level & get upgrade advice and upgrade to the next level. They all urgently need the learning of mind management else the families of all road users should put their loved ones on self-lockdown for their safety and well-being.
